Norman grew up and attended school in Durban, South Africa, where his main interests were rugby and cricket... and as a result Norman loves offering customised sports tour packages to fellow sport fans, golfers and other sporting activity participants. Norman moved from Durban to the Cape in 1990, and into sales and marketing.

Norman also knows a great deal about South African wine and is an expert wine tour guide. His interest in wine appreciation began in 1999 when he acquired a wine store and built up his wine knowledge through attending wine courses, buying wines from trade shows and meeting people from the wine industry,. The wine store was very successful, and after 7 years Norman followed his passions and career ambitions to explore wine tourism, offering exclusive wine tours and other scenic Cape Town tour packages. As a result Norman came to own and has operated FS Tours for the past 3.5 years, and is loving every moment of it.
